CST - Surgical Tech CVOR

Contract | Days | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

Scrub in on cardiovascular and open heart surgical procedures
Fulfill on-call obligations, with an expected 10–15 call days per month
Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room
Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments during cardiovascular procedures
Adhere to all surgical safety protocols and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
Open heart surgical experience required
CVOR experience required
Ability and willingness to take on-call shifts as expected

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with a high volume of cardiovascular cases
Familiarity with a wide range of cardiovascular surgical instruments and equipment
