Job Description Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and advanced scaling and root planing.
Diagnostic Precision: Take high-quality digital images and perform thorough periodontal probing and charting to assist in treatment planning.
Patient Education: Empower patients through personalized oral health counseling and hygiene instructions to improve long-term wellness.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience.
Technology Utilization: Operate modern dental advancements and software to provide efficient, precise, and comfortable care.
full-time $46 - $50 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift Options: Choose between two flexible full-time tracks:
Monday – Thursday
Tuesday – Friday
Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Arizona.
Certifications: Must be CPR/BLS certified; Local Anesthesia certification is required.
Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred, though we value passion and interpersonal skills highly.
Soft Skills: Friendly, patient-focused demeanor with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
