Base pay range: $120.00/hr - $185.00/hr Location: Remote (fully U.S. based, U.S. license required) What You’ll Do Conduct virtual visits for common acute issues such as fever, cough, infections, and minor injuries. Provide primary care assessments, chronic care follow-ups, and routine check‑ins. Review labs, diagnostics, and patient messages through an integrated telehealth platform. Develop treatment plans, prescribe when appropriate, and ensure continuity of care. Document all encounters thoroughly in the EMR. Collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team as needed. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state. Multi‑state licensure (preferred but not required). Comfortable managing acute complaints and basic primary care. Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills. Telehealth experience helpful; training available.
