Location: USA - Inwood, 396 Development Drive Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Traffic Control Coordinator Time Type: Full Time Compensation: $23.00/hr + $2/hr night shift differential Weekend Premium (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) extra $1.50/hr Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule Day: 7:00am - 7:00pm Night: 7:00pm-7:00am Job Overview: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain yard flow and inventory for operations. Intake, compile, and maintain BOLs and records with high accuracy and timeliness. What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Direct truck drivers to assure trailers are located in correct yard location
• Promote efficiencies through optimal trailer placement location
• Ensure shipping paperwork matches computer system
• Validate paperwork and trailer marking match
• Provide proper paperwork to truck drivers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the computer system
• Assure safety requirements are maintained
• Provide inspection of truck cargo/equipment as required
• Maintain clean, organized, safe and secure office area
• Manage and record daily production reports and yard checks by working in close cooperation with drivers and client representatives
• Follows all SOP and safety guidelines
• Maintains a high level of quality in work performed
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear all site required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Walk/Stand/Sit for a 12 hour shift with or without accommodation. May be required to work overtime. For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.00 – $23.00 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
