This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst based in United States.
This role serves as the analytical and operational bridge between business stakeholders and a Revenue Systems delivery team.
You’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that technical teams can build and deliver.
The position combines business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, sprint operations, and user acceptance testing.
You’ll work across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to align priorities and drive execution.
The role requires strong judgment when requirements conflict, along with the ability to make trade-offs visible and keep projects moving.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment where organization, communication, and ownership are essential.

Accountabilities
Lead structured discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Engineering, and Product.
Surface unstated assumptions, identify conflicting requirements, and document decisions with sufficient detail for development teams to execute without unnecessary rework.
Translate business discussions into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and evaluate potential solutions against business constraints.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment by bringing the right teams together, clarifying trade-offs, resolving conflicts, and proactively managing expectations around scope and timelines.
Maintain visibility into sprint commitments and communicate changes to scope, priorities, dependencies, or delivery schedules.
Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and operational improvements.
Own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, including writing test scripts, coordinating business reviewers, triaging defects, and securing sign-off before production releases.
Manage the Jira backlog and support Agile delivery through sprint planning, daily standups, deadline follow-ups, and release coordination.
Prepare and distribute action items, release notes, and other communications following system deployments.
Triage incoming Salesforce support requests, acknowledge issues promptly, route them appropriately, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through resolution.
Manage multiple concurrent requests and priorities while maintaining momentum, organization, and delivery discipline.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Operations, Salesforce-adjacent, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops and translating business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities, facilitate difficult conversations, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong instinct for documenting decisions, requirements, processes, and action items.
Proven organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing initiatives simultaneously without losing momentum.
Hands-on experience with Agile sprint management and Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the judgment to evaluate options, identify trade-offs, and recommend practical solutions.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.
Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

$100,000–$119,580 USD
