• Conduct virtual consultations for wellness, chronic care, and acute conditions
• Perform patient assessments, prescribe when appropriate, and manage follow-ups
• Document visits and communicate with patients using telehealth platforms and EMRs

• FNP, AGNP, WHNP (and related certifications considered, depending on role)
