Title: Service Delivery Project Coordinator

Longview, TX (Hybrid: Work from Home Mondays & Fridays)

About the Opportunity:

We are partnering with a growing telecommunications and fiber network provider seeking a Service Delivery Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of customer service installations and network deployments. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service implementation projects from order receipt through installation and completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, field services, and fulfillment to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address potential delays.
• Review incoming orders, perform data entry, and initiate project workflow activities.
• Communicate project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee installation documentation, project closeout activities, and billing handoffs.
• Support post-installation activities and service disconnect requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination, customer service, operations, or telecommunications environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data entry, documentation, and project tracking activities.
• Telecommunications industry experience is preferred but not required.
