Josephson Dunlap, LLP is a nationwide plaintiffs’ employment law firm dedicated to helping workers recover unpaid overtime wages. As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our marketing team.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a college student preparing to graduate or a recent graduate who is interested in social media, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and communications. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create and publish content, support advertising campaigns, maintain our social media presence, and help analyze marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
• Develop social media posts, graphics, short‑form videos, captions, blog posts, and other digital content.
• Research current social media trends and topics to develop fresh content ideas.
• Edit photos, videos, and other media for use on social media and our website.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across digital channels and review content for accuracy, quality, grammar, and consistency.

Advertising & Campaign Support

• Assist with developing digital advertising content, including images and videos.
• Research competitors, industry trends, target audiences, and new advertising and content opportunities.
• Help organize and upload creative materials to advertising platforms and prepare materials for internal review and required approvals.
• Help identify opportunities to reach new audiences through larger marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

• Help maintain the social media content calendar and schedule upcoming posts.
• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels.
• Help respond to visitors and potential new clients professionally and promptly, following established guidelines.
• Stay current on emerging social media platforms, features, and trends.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Track engagement and performance metrics for organic and paid social media content.
• Assist with weekly marketing reports by collecting, organizing, and cleaning data.
• Identify trends in social media and advertising performance and use performance data to help improve future content and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field, with graduation approaching, or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital content.
• Comfort learning new software, platforms, and technology.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing a personal, school, organization, or professional social media account is a plus.
• Basic experience with analytics or reporting is a plus.
