They're looking for a Head of Human Resources to take ownership of the people function and be a key partner to the leadership team.This is a hands-on role where you'll be close to the teams, supporting managers, solving people challenges, and helping create a great workplace as the business continues to grow.About You8+ years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality or a multi-unit environment.Experience leading HR and supporting large hourly teams.Hands-on experience with Paycom is required.Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, performance, and team development.A people-focused, approachable leader who is comfortable getting stuck in and working at all levels of the business.What You'll DoTake the lead on HR across the group and support the team as the business grows.Work closely with GMs and leadership on employee relations, performance, retention, and development.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and employee engagement.Keep HR policies and processes running smoothly and ensure the business stays compliant.Support and coach managers while helping build a positive, consistent company culture.
