As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture, attracting top talent, and fostering an environment where our team members can thrive.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on human capital matters.Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
