Stannard, Studt & Tironi Dentistry is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our progressive team in Waterford, Michigan. Located at 4170 Pontiac Lake Rd in Waterford Township, our practice is a leader in modern dentistry. We are technologically advanced, utilizing Dentrix, Pearl AI, Voice Perio charting, CBCT, and CEREC to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients. Unlike high-volume corporate offices, we are not in-network with PPO plans (participating only with Delta Premier). This allows us to focus on patient relationships and comprehensive care without the pressure of insurance-driven quotas. We offer an exceptional working environment with no evening or weekend hours.
Dental hygienist
Job Description Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced technology such as Voice Perio for charting and Pearl AI for radiographic analysis to enhance diagnosis and patient education.
Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, periodontal health, and restorative options.
Diagnostics: Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as necessary for diagnosis.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dentists to co-diagnose and present treatment plans involving restorative and periodontal health.
Safety: Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
part-time $40 - $48 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
BenefitsWork days will be catered to the candidate, but we are open Monday-Thursday from 8-5, and Fridays from 8-1.
Requirements Licensure: Valid State of Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Mindset: A commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix practice management software.
Advanced Tech: Familiarity with Voice Perio charting, Pearl AI, or CBCT imaging is a plus.
