Ingredients: Key Responsibilities You enjoy providing exceptional service and building strong relationships! As a Le Creuset Brand Ambassador, you will become a product expert, educate others on our beloved brand, and keep in-store product displays looking beautiful. This part-time member of our nationwide team works with key retail partners to improve sales by sharing product knowledge, utilizing strong selling skills, building and maintaining a loyal client base, creating a best-in-class shopping experience, and communicating relevant business information to the retailer and Le Creuset. You’ll report directly to Le Creuset's Merchandise Manager and work closely with all Key Account Managers. You embody hospitality, charm and professionalism, and genuinely demonstrate a willingness to contribute. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT Must possess a valid U.S driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within a 200-mile radius for client meetings and sales activities. Provide exceptional service and best-in-class shopping experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority: Utilizes strong relationship building and selling skills to assist consumers during your store visits and maintain Le Creuset's high customer service standards Maintains product merchandising standards set by Le Creuset to ensure our product displays are always clean, shoppable, and beautifully merchandised Host in-store product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, versatility and value of Le Creuset products Collaborate with others to increase brand awareness and drive sales: Trains retailer’s sales associates and department managers on product benefits and promotions to increase their product knowledge and improve sales Communicates weekly with store supervisor on selling activities, stock deficiencies, training schedule for employees and relevant business needs Supports special in-store events to increase consumer brand awareness and sales The Perfect Blend What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of consumer-focused sales experience Results oriented with strong selling and interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Self-starter with strong time management skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Basic skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing up to 25 lbs.
